Child Safety Standards (CSAE)

Jeebtak is a personal money-management app for adults. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including any child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Strictly prohibited
- Uploading, storing, sharing or transmitting child sexual abuse or exploitation material (CSAM), or any link to it.
- Using the app to contact a minor for the purpose of grooming, sextortion or abuse.
- Child trafficking, or facilitating, promoting or financing it through the app.
- Any content that sexualises a minor — real, edited, AI-generated or drawn.
This prohibition covers every surface where content enters the app: receipt images, profile photos, names and usernames, wallet names and transaction notes, and shared-wallet invitations.
Age requirement
The app is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account; when we learn of one, we close it and delete its data.
How we prevent abuse
- The app has no public surface: no public feed, no user search, no messaging between strangers. Sharing happens only inside a wallet, via an explicit invitation the other person must accept.
- Access to content is restricted to wallet membership, and that restriction is enforced server-side on every request.
- A wallet owner can remove any member or revoke any invitation at any time.
- We keep server logs sufficient to investigate reports and cooperate with the authorities.
How to report
Email support@jeebtak.com immediately with "Child Safety" in the subject line, identifying the account, wallet or content concerned. Child-safety reports are handled at the highest priority.
What we do when we receive a report
- Review the report promptly and remove the violating content.
- Suspend or permanently terminate the responsible account.
- Preserve the relevant evidence and logs as required by law.
- Report to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement, where applicable.

We comply with applicable child sexual abuse and exploitation laws, with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy, and with the App Store Review Guidelines.

جيبتك تطبيق لإدارة الأموال الشخصية موجّه للبالغين. نلتزم بسياسة عدم تسامح مطلق (zero tolerance) تجاه الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال واستغلالهم (CSAE)، بما في ذلك أي مواد اعتداء جنسي على الأطفال (CSAM).
ما هو ممنوع منعاً باتاً
- رفع أو تخزين أو مشاركة أو نقل أي مادة تتضمن اعتداءً جنسياً على طفل أو استغلالاً جنسياً له (CSAM)، أو أي رابط يؤدي إليها.
- استخدام التطبيق للتواصل مع قاصر بهدف استمالته أو ابتزازه جنسياً أو الإساءة إليه.
- الإتجار بالأطفال أو تسهيله أو الترويج له أو تمويل أي نشاط من هذا النوع عبر التطبيق.
- أي محتوى يمثّل قاصراً بشكل جنسي، سواء كان صورة حقيقية أو معدّلة أو مولّدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي أو رسوماً.
ينطبق هذا الحظر على كل محتوى يدخل التطبيق: صور الإيصالات، وصور الملف الشخصي، والأسماء وأسماء المستخدمين، وأسماء المحافظ وملاحظات المعاملات، ودعوات المحافظ المشتركة.
العمر المسموح
التطبيق مخصّص للبالغين (18 عاماً فأكثر) ولا يستهدف الأطفال. لا نسمح عن علم بإنشاء حساب لمن هم دون 18 عاماً، وعند علمنا بذلك نغلق الحساب ونحذف بياناته.
كيف نمنع إساءة الاستخدام
- لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي فضاء عام: لا توجد خلاصة عامة ولا بحث عن مستخدمين ولا مراسلة بين الغرباء. المشاركة تتم فقط داخل محفظة مشتركة وبدعوة صريحة يقبلها الطرف الآخر.
- الوصول إلى المحتوى مقيّد بعضوية المحفظة، ويُفحص هذا التقييد على مستوى الخادم لكل طلب.
- يمكن لمالك المحفظة إزالة أي عضو أو إلغاء أي دعوة في أي وقت.
- نحتفظ بسجلات خادم كافية للتحقيق في البلاغات والتعاون مع الجهات المختصة.
كيف تبلّغ عن مخالفة
راسلنا فوراً على support@jeebtak.com مع كلمة «Child Safety» في عنوان الرسالة، مع ذكر الحساب أو المحفظة أو المحتوى المعني. نراجع بلاغات سلامة الأطفال بأولوية قصوى.
ما الذي نفعله عند تلقّي بلاغ
- نراجع البلاغ على وجه السرعة ونزيل المحتوى المخالف.
- نوقف الحساب المسؤول أو نحذفه نهائياً.
- نحتفظ بالأدلة والسجلات ذات الصلة وفق ما يقتضيه القانون.
- نبلّغ الجهات المختصة، بما في ذلك المركز الوطني للأطفال المفقودين والمُستغَلّين (NCMEC) وسلطات إنفاذ القانون المحلية، حيثما ينطبق.
الالتزام القانوني
نلتزم بالقوانين المعمول بها في مكافحة الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال واستغلالهم، وبسياسة «معايير سلامة الأطفال» الخاصة بـ Google Play وبإرشادات مراجعة App Store.
