Privacy Policy

Jeebtak ("we", "the app") is a multi-currency money manager. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum needed to run the service.

1. Information we collect

Account data — your email address and display name. Optionally, a profile photo, phone number, and birthday if you choose to add them.
Financial data you enter — wallets, transactions (amounts, categories, notes, dates), debts, reminders, and currencies. This is your data; we store it to sync it across your devices and with people you explicitly share a wallet with.
Device data — a push-notification token and your app language, used to deliver notifications in your language.
Receipt images — only if you use receipt scanning, the image is sent for text extraction (see Third parties) and not retained for advertising.

2. How we use it

To provide and sync the service, deliver notifications you enable, secure your account, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your financial data for advertising.

3. Third parties

Google Firebase — authentication (including "Sign in with Google") and push notifications.
Google Gemini API — optional receipt scanning (image text extraction) if you use that feature.
Our hosting provider — stores your synced data on our secured server.

These providers process data only to perform their function for us.

4. Sharing between users

When you add someone to a wallet, that wallet's transactions become visible to them. A private wallet is never shown to anyone you did not share it with — on screen or over sync.

5. Data retention & deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and associated server data. You may also export your data from within the app.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access to your account requires authentication. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Children

Jeebtak is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.

«جيبتك» تطبيق لإدارة الأموال متعدد العملات. توضّح هذه السياسة ما الذي نجمعه ولماذا وما خياراتك. نجمع الحد الأدنى اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة.

١. المعلومات التي نجمعها

بيانات الحساب — بريدك الإلكتروني والاسم المعروض. واختيارياً صورة الملف الشخصي ورقم الهاتف وتاريخ الميلاد إن أضفتها.
بياناتك المالية — المحافظ والمعاملات (المبالغ، الفئات، الملاحظات، التواريخ) والديون والتذكيرات والعملات. هي بياناتك، نخزّنها لمزامنتها بين أجهزتك ومع من تشاركهم محفظة صراحةً.
بيانات الجهاز — رمز الإشعارات ولغة التطبيق، لإرسال الإشعارات بلغتك.
صور الفواتير — فقط إن استخدمت مسح الفواتير، تُرسل الصورة لاستخراج النص ولا تُحفظ لأغراض إعلانية.

٢. كيف نستخدمها

لتقديم الخدمة ومزامنتها، وإرسال الإشعارات التي تفعّلها، وتأمين حسابك، وتحسين الموثوقية. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدم بياناتك المالية للإعلانات.

٣. أطراف خارجية

Google Firebase — تسجيل الدخول (بما فيه «تسجيل الدخول عبر Google») والإشعارات.
Google Gemini — مسح الفواتير الاختياري (استخراج النص من الصورة).
مزوّد الاستضافة — يخزّن بياناتك المزامَنة على خادمنا المؤمّن.

يعالج هؤلاء المزوّدون البيانات لأداء وظيفتهم لصالحنا فقط.

٤. المشاركة بين المستخدمين

عند إضافة شخص إلى محفظة تصبح معاملات تلك المحفظة مرئية له. المحفظة الخاصة لا تظهر لأحد لم تشاركه إياها — لا على الشاشة ولا عبر المزامنة.

٥. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب، ما يزيل حسابك وبياناتك من الخادم نهائياً. كما يمكنك تصدير بياناتك من داخل التطبيق.

٦. الأمان

تُنقل البيانات عبر اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS) ويتطلب الوصول إلى حسابك مصادقة. لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة 100%، لكننا نتخذ تدابير معقولة لحماية معلوماتك.

٧. الأطفال

جيبتك غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

٨. التعديلات

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وتظهر التغييرات الجوهرية عبر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه.
