By creating an account or using Jeebtak (the "app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Jeebtak is a personal money-management tool for tracking wallets, income, expenses, debts, and reminders across multiple currencies. It is provided for personal and informational use.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
Jeebtak helps you record and organize your money. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and currency rates shown are indicative only. Decisions you make based on the app are your own responsibility.
Your financial data remains yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, sync, and display it to you and to the people you explicitly share a wallet with.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change or be discontinued.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

بإنشائك حساباً أو استخدامك «جيبتك» (التطبيق) فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق فالرجاء عدم استخدام التطبيق.
جيبتك أداة لإدارة الأموال الشخصية لتتبّع المحافظ والدخل والمصاريف والديون والتذكيرات بعملات متعددة، وهو مخصّص للاستخدام الشخصي والمعلوماتي.
أنت مسؤول عن دقّة المعلومات التي تدخلها وعن حماية بيانات دخولك. يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عاماً على الأقل لاستخدام التطبيق.
يساعدك جيبتك على تسجيل أموالك وتنظيمها، لكنه لا يقدّم نصيحة مالية أو استثمارية أو ضريبية أو قانونية، وأسعار العملات المعروضة إرشادية فقط. قراراتك بناءً على التطبيق مسؤوليتك وحدك.
تبقى بياناتك المالية ملكاً لك. تمنحنا فقط الحقوق المحدودة اللازمة لتخزينها ومزامنتها وعرضها لك ولمن تشاركهم محفظة صراحةً.
نسعى لإبقاء الخدمة تعمل لكن لا نضمن تشغيلاً متواصلاً أو خالياً من الأخطاء، وقد تتغيّر الميزات أو تتوقف.
يمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. وقد نوقف الحسابات المخالفة لهذه الشروط.
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون أي ضمانات. وإلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل أي خسائر غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو فقدان بيانات ناتج عن استخدامك للتطبيق.
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، واستمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التغيير يعني قبولك بها.
